ABOUT
These series of posters addresses various issues created by drug wars and cartels in Mexico. Each poster uses a different style that plays with typography ranging from digital to hand-drawn. My goal was to express the distress and pain people feel using type only.
CONCEPT
For my first poster, my main concept was confinement. Specifically in violence and cartel-hood. I kept the letter stacked and confined for this reason, and I used red to express bloodshed. My second poster interpret.
